This is by far the best flower shop I've ever used. I bought flowers and reside in the USA, the person I was sending them to lives in England. The communication was awesome throughout the process, Michelle always got back to my emails. I must admit I was a little nervous at first because of the distance but Michelle took care of everything and even added the special touch I requested. She was so excited when she received the flowers, everything came out perfect. Thank you so much Michelle!
